Prepping: 27 Flavors of Keto Chow in 9 Days
Tomorrow is the big day! I start my 9-day challenge to drink 27 different flavors of Keto Chow.
Today is prep day. I am going to mix up 9 shakes to get started. I figured I would do 3 days at a time since I have 9 mason jars that I can use and the math works out nicely.
Today I will be prepping:
- Caramel Macchiato
- Lemon Meringue
- Eggnog
- Peaches & Cream
- Salted Caramel
- Natural Strawberry
- Raspberry Cheesecake
- Chocolate
- Pumpkin Spice Caramel
I am going to use my standard mix for all 27 shakes during this challenge. This will keep things consistent. I will be posting a summary of each day and rating the various flavors. I have already had most of them but thought a focused tasting like this would allow me to compare them more accurately and come up with an overall ranking for the flavors.
My Keto Chow Recipe
This is the standard mix I use for my shakes:
- 1 scoop of Keto Chow
- 25g of butter
- 50g of heavy cream
- 10g unflavored collagen
- 2g gelatin
